The world needs dreamers and the world needs doers. But above all, the world needs dreamers who do. – Sarah Ban Breathnach

Self-employment can be a great way to provide meaningful work to someone with autism who has difficulty coping in a traditional work environment. ASIE offers free vendor opportunities at our annual Hero Walk for Autism in April and Holiday Party in December.  This provides an opportunity for teens and adults who are interested in becoming entrepreneurs by giving them a safe place to sell products or advertise their services to our community.  Please note:  You can not sell food items unless you have a food handling permit.  This is a great place to test your product and see if you like operating your own business!
