Resource Guides

We have created resource guides for the following topics:

The Autism Society provides information but it does not constitute medical or legal information. Referrals provided are suggestions to organizations that might help, but do not constitute a recommendation. The Autism Society cannot be held responsible for consequences that arise from individual dealings with a professional or organization. The Autism Society provides an I&R service but individuals must assume personal responsibility for what they do with the information provided. Inclusion of any organization does not imply endorsement, and omission does not imply disapproval.

This Resource Guide was developed to provide families and professionals an opportunity to find resources related to Teens and Adults with ASD in one place.

All information provided or published by the Autism Society Inland Empire is for information purposes only. Specific treatment, therapy or services should be provided to an individual only at the direction of the individual’s doctor, caregiver, or other qualified professional. References to any treatment or therapy option, program, service or treatment provider are not an endorsement by the Autism Society. References of treatments, therapies, programs, services, and/or providers are not intended to be comprehensive statements. You should investigate alternatives that may be more appropriate for a specific individual. The Autism Society assumes no responsibility for the use made of any information published or provided.

Our Options Policy

This is not an exhaustive list of all resources, but a list to help you identify resources, especially local resources.  Resources are specific to Riverside and San Bernardino Counties, with the exception of Coachella Valley (see the Coachella Valley Autism Society at for Coachella Valley resources http://cvasa.org ).  Resources of interest within driving distance (San Diego and OrangeCounties) and a few national resources are included as well.

This guide was developed to provide information only and does not recommend, endorse or guarantee the services and interventions included in this guide.  This guide is not intended to be comprehensive statements of available options, programs, services or providers.  Investigate alternatives that may be more appropriate for a specific individual.

The resource guide is developed through a collaborative effort of the Autism Society Inland Empire Board and volunteers.  There is no charge to be included in this Resource Guide.  Anyone may recommend, upon good faith and the exercise of reasonable judgment, a resource for inclusion in the guide. Any board member may recommend the exclusion or removal of any resource if they have reason to believe it is incorrect, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate. The final decision to include or remove resources shall be made at a Board of Directors meeting at which there is a quorum.
